1 –  What is a Private Transfer?

It is a service for people looking for a private vehicle that will not be shared with other passengers. The transportation fee is based on the type of vehicle requested depending on the number of people. Passengers will have an assigned driver who will take them directly to their destination without any stops unless requested by the passengers.

 2 – How can I find you at the airport?

 Once you have gone to immigration and customs process you must go to the airport reception. The assigned driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and the company´s logo.

 3 – What happens if my flight lands ahead of time or if it´s delayed?

Please contact us via email or by phone. If for some reason it is not possible to communicate with us you should not worry, because we are always monitoring the flights to make sure that your transport is on time.

 4 – What should I do if I miss my flight or my flight is cancelled?

Please contact us and provide us with your new flight information via email or by phone.

 5 – What kind of vehicles do you provide for transfers?

We have SUV’s, vans and minibuses. Our vehicles are comfortable and all conditioned.

 6 – Where should I meet the driver for the pick-up from my hotel or village?

The driver will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel or village at your requested pickup time. In case of last-minute changes on the flight, please feel free to contact us.

7 – What time will you pick me up for my transfer back to the airport?

The assigned driver will pick you up at your requested time. (MUST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT)

8 – How far in advance should I make my reservation?

DTS prefers at least 24 hours’ notice for new reservation. In case of reservations within the same day, please contact us via email or by phone in order to assist you.

9 – What happens if I miss the pick-up from my hotel or village? How long can the driver wait for me?

The assigned driver can wait up to 20 minutes. If after the waiting time, you do not show up, the driver will leave the designated pick-up point. The total amount will be billed for the service. Please feel free to contact us if you are late for your pick up.

10 – What is the policy for a “No-Show?

DTS bills “No-Shows” at the full quoted rate. To avoid being charged, if you cannot find the assigned driver at the designated pick-up point, contact us in order to assist you.

*NO SHOW means that after a confirmed booking you never show up to your pick-up at the airport or at the Hotel / village on the date or time listed on the reservation you made.

11 – Can I cancel my booking? Is it free of charge?

Cancellation requests made more than 12 hours prior to the confirmed service time are subject to a 80% refund on the total amount paid for the reservation.

12 – Does DTS offer early morning and late evening service?

DTS offers services 24 hours.

13 – Can I carry bicycle, golf bags, baby seats, etc.?

Yes. However, we kindly ask you to inform us before your arrival.
